Recurring costs per month:
First 4 courts: $25 per court per month
From 5-8 courts:  $100 for first 4 courts, plus $18 per additional court per month
9 or more courts: $172 for the first 8 courts, plus $15 per additional court per month

Who uses iCourt(tm)?
iCourt is used by private clubs, public facilities and homeowner associations worldwide.

Can members make their own reservations?
Yes - if you want them to. Your site administrator can provide access rights to it's members - so that they can book courtime. Alternatively, if you do not want members to be able to book their own courts (and prefer calls to your front desk staff) - your site administrator simply restricts access rights to it's members.

How easy is iCourt to use?
Our clients have found iCourt to be very simple to operate - even for the most novice of computer users. The screens will STEP you through making a court reservation, changing or cancelling a reservation.

Can I setup my Pro's and Front Desk to have different levels of access?
Yes. Your site administrator can grant access levels to the Pro's and staff - depending on what you want them to be able to do. Once the access levels are "set", then your staff only sees the screens in which they can use.

What do I need to be able to use iCourt?
A high speed internet connection (such as Cable Modem or DSL)

Can I get a copy of my data to use in Excel or other programs?
Yes - we can provide you with a copy of your facility's data whenever you need it. We provide it to you in MSAccess format or Excel.

How much does iCourt cost?
iCourt pricing is based on the number of courts for your facility. In general, iCourt is priced very reasonably (see pricing) - approximately the same amount as 10 hours of a front desk staff member for a 4 court facility per month. There are no long term contracts or cancellation fees.
