We are confident that you will find our software VERY easy to use, and most likely you will not need to contact us -- but we realize that peace-of-mind is important. We offer two types of HELP DESK support for SnoTrak:

Unlimited 24-7 Telephone Support (contracted monthly)
You may call us as often as you like - for any question ranging from technical - to simple user support. We will review your needs with you - and prepare a quote for monthly services based on these needs. Contact us to prepare a quote.

Pay-as-you-use Telephone Support
You may call us as often as you like and we bill your credit card per the length of the call. Hourly rates are $62.00/hour
